Little Torment Walks Along the ‘Lonely Road’ on New Mixtape

After teasing the release with numerous singles, Little Torment has unveiled his latest mixtape, Lonely Road.

The South London rapper has ensured to amp up the output recently. Featuring collaborations with fellow rappers Nines, Pak-Man, Ard Adz and RA, Lonely Road comes just a few months after his Henny Music EP with DJTR Beats.

Clocking in at 15 tracks and 45 minutes, Lonely Road focuses on road rap realities while also showcasing Little Torment’s versatility with drill and melodic offerings in the mix. Speaking on the mixtape, Torment said: “The road to success is often a lonely one. Lonely Road is about expressing how I feel about being a musician & pursuing my dreams.”

The tape comes loaded with singles such as “Flowers”, “Purple Haze” with Ard Adz, “Big Energy” and “Heart Froze”. But the highlights do not stop there.

Transparency arrives on tracks like “Stress” and “Millionaire Dreams”, with Torment’s focus on a high work rate embodying “Overstand” with Realz. Mellow beats keep the energy steady, particularly on the Nines collaboration, “Hindsight”.

Lonely Road is acutely reflective, setting the stage for Little Torment to take his career to the next level.

Lonely Road is out now for streaming on all platforms via Scummy Records / EMPIRE.
